Sharonville Convention Center

In Cincinnati's northern suburbs, the Sharonville Convention Center offers meeting space with convenience and state-of-the-art amenities. A spacious multi-level meeting and exhibition facility; six elegantly appointed meeting rooms; and the latest computer technology for scheduling, room layouts and conference registration.

Located near major highways, the Sharonville Convention Center is easy to find and convenient. Nearby are 18 hotels with more than 3,100 guest rooms. Northern Cincinnati offers a wide variety of dining and entertainment options, including 70 restaurants, Kings Island, sports centers, golf courses, water parks, tennis clubs, shopping malls, Sharon Woods Park and entertainment centers - all just minutes away.

The Sharonville Convention Center is undergoing a major renovation beginning in 2010. In total, the Center will be transformed from 8 meeting rooms with 28,000 square feet of meeting space to an all-new contemporary meeting facility with 19 rooms and a total of 65,000 square feet of function space! The first phase of the additional space will open in June 2011 and the entire project will celebrate its grand opening in March 2012.

Other highlights of the complete renovation of the Sharonville Convention Center include:

• Function Space more than doubles to 65,000 sq. ft. 
• Exhibition Space grows to 20,000 sq. ft.
• The Grand Ballroom 15,000 sq. ft.
• One meeting area is 7,500 sq. ft. and can be divided into four rooms. Its doors will open to the Grand Ballroom, providing 42,000 contiguous sq. ft.
• A second 7,500 sq. ft. meeting space can be divided into five rooms.
• The second floor Exhibition Space has a 3,500 sq. ft. Gallery Pre-Function space, and another 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor veranda for patio events
• 1,000 complimentary parking spaces

• New technology, including electronic message boards and an innovative projection wall at the entrance for creative meetings and events

  The Sharonville Convention Center is open and hosting great meetings and events during its renovation. Current space specs are as follows:

Exhibit Space

The Exhibit Hall is two stories high and encompasses 16,554 sq.ft. of column free exhibit space - enough area to comfortably display 100 exhibit booths. Electric, telephone, water and compressed air lines can be run to each booth.

Set-up is a breeze at the Sharonville Convention Center, with drive-in access to the exhibit floor and loading dock access with a leveler and lift. The Exhibit Hall features a built-in concession area, registration and ticketing booths.

Meeting Space

The Sharonville Convention Center has six elegantly appointed individual meeting rooms for a total of 10,729 sq. ft. A large Ballroom (8,245 sq. ft. - three meeting rooms combined) has the capacity to seat up to 1,030 people for meetings or 544 for banquets.

For the ultimate in convenience, the meeting area features fully-equipped kitchens, food service operation and personal locker rooms.
